Maximum aeration is achieved by means of angled slats on the three remaining sides. This increases the speed of breakdown and minimizes the build up foul odor.

ADDITIONAL POINTS:

To retain moisture and heat, create a wool topper by cutting two 26” x 26” cubes out of an old dark-colored wool blanket. Sew the pieces together using a poly-thread and stuff with scrap cuttings from the remaining portion of the blanket.  Place on top during the colder months or dry spells.
