iCompost Green Johanna Hot Composter + Pile Turner

The iCompost Green Johanna Hot Composter + Pile Turner produces high levels of heat that is generated at the center of the pile combined with an innovative ventilation system ensure that virtually all kitchen scraps are effectively decomposed.Can be used year-round, even in very cold climates if the winter insulation jacket is installed. Vermin resistant and family friendly.  This is one of the few composters that has a base.Designed and developed in Sweden for year-round use.  Includes pile turner that helps to vertically churn the active pile.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Though it has a bottom, we recommend placing it on a permeable surface like grass, mulch or gravel

Slip on insulation jacket (optional) when temperatures drop below 40˚F (do not leave on when temps are consistently above 50˚F or you can negatively impact the beneficial decomposers)

Churn your pile once per week and harvest the compost twice per year
