We have loved our compost service with Bennett Compost! The customer service is always amazing. If there are any questions or issues with your weekly pickup, they respond very quickly and are always kind and helpful. I would highly recommend using them!

Great service, easy to use customer portal. This spring ordered compost and soil in large containers the delivery guys were very kind. Would highly recommend everyone start composting it's great for the environment. Thank you Bennet compost!!!

Wonderful to have a composting program and picks up from my front door! They even make it work in a condo setting. Pick ups were always on schedule. If a holiday might impact the pick up, they let us know about any day shifts or if the pick up is the same as usual. There are different bucket size options and frequency for pick ups. It was the perfect amount. If I ever need to skip a week, they would take note. Compost is picked up early in the morning. A reminder text is sent out the night before.

Bennett's customer service is great! Every time I've had an issue they've addressed it promptly. I also got several cubic yards of raised bed mix delivered from them, and the delivery went super smoothly and the delivery guys were really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to get gardening!

Incredible service, support, and online website. They make it so easy to skip a day and work through any issues- they've truly seen it all. I'm so impressed with Bennett compost and tell all my neighbors about them! Their website is so easy to use. We just bought soil from them and it was delivered with our pick up. I love knowing there isnt harmful chemicals and petroleum in my soil, like the bags sold in stores right now.

I've been using Bennett compost for 10 years and they have the best customer service. If I forget to put out my bucket, they swing by later that week. And, btw, I hardly have any trash to put out for pick up and absolutely nothing smelly! I love this company and recommend to all! (Oh, and composting really great for the planet!)

I've been composting with Bennett for nearly 7 years now, and they are fantastic! Super easy to sign up, super easy to use.
Plus they go above and beyond with customer service: you can request to skip service when you're on vacation using their online portal, you can request a replacement bucket for free if yours gets stolen (happened to me twice), you can request a replacement bucket or lid if they get broken . . . the list goes on and on!
I even upgraded to 2 buckets per week a few years ago because I was so happy with what Bennett does. If you're on the fence about composing with Bennett, I encourage you to give it a try!

Using Bennett has cut our weekly trash in half. The service is excellent. They send an email reminder weekly and are diligent in picking up our bucket early in the morning. It's worth the extra $1 a month for us to swap and get a fresh bucket weekly. If you're new to composting, their detailed guide is helpful. Bennett will pick up your fall pumpkins and Christmas trees. The subscription also includes free bags of high-grade mulch each spring. The mulch is delivered to your door. This year, we've purchased their potting soil, which is excellent and reasonably priced. Bennett delivers the soil with your compost exchange, and they will pick up your soil mix package to reuse.

I've been composting with Bennett for over 5 years now and it's great. Excellent weekly pickup service, love having quality local potting soil and fresh compost delivered to the house on pickup day. They also do yard waste removal in paper lawn & leaf bags, so helpful for clearing out the garden at the end and beginning of a growing season. Reliable service that's great for the environment and the best potting soil around. My garden is amazing for it.
